Zhou Peng, was born in 1981 in Heilongjiang Province and is a graduate of the Central Art Academy in Beijing. In 2004, his installation You & Me was launched in the Central Art Academy. From 2007 he pursued his artistic interests in Tibet. In 2008, his video work Cha was exhibited in the Central Art Academy.
